FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: DO YOU HAVE TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE TO DO THE RUN THE GAUNTLET CLASSES?

A: NO. HIIT type classes consist of intense movements for a short burst of time (maybe 20 to 40 seconds) and then a short rest (of maybe 10 to 20 seconds). Because the movements are timed, YOU do as many as YOU can do in that amount of time - so a triathlete in 30 seconds might do 26 lunges, you may do 14 - but you want to push yourself to YOUR limit knowing that a rest is coming soon.

Q: When are THE GAUNTLET classes?

A: THE GAUNTLET classes can be found on our SCHEDULE page and are called RUN THE GAUNTLET. The 30 minute classes are intense, but if you want more you could try our TRX and BOOT CAMP classes which are 60 minutes and utilize most of the same concepts.
